Exchanges/returns after delivery All product-related inquiries must be made within 7 days of delivery in order for us to process your request. We don't accept cancellation/exchange/return after shipment due to change of mind. For defective or wrong items, leave an inquiry on the Customer Service board within 7 days of delivery or 30 days after discovery of defect to request an exchange or return.
