Help

How to join

Click on the [Sign Up] link and complete the form in order to create your account. Once your account is created, you can immediately benefit from our membership privileges such as discounts and reward credits. Also, it saves you all the hassle of filling out your billing and shipping information every time you place an order since you can save your information securely on our site.

How to order

Order is processed as below:
Step 1: Search for products.
Step 2: Add products to your shopping cart.
Step 3: Log in with a member ID or non-member order.
Step 4: Fill in the order form.
Step 5: Proceed with payment.
Step 6: Complete the order and you will see the order number.

Payment

We accept the following forms of payment:
- PayPal

Shipping

  • Shipping Method : Parcel Service
  • Shipping Area : Worldwide
  • Shipping Rate : When applying differential amount between purchase price and shipping fee: Shipping fee will be set according to total purchased price.
  • Delivery Time : 7 - 14 days
  • *Due to COVID-19, shipping restrictions are constantly changing by country. For more information, please contact Customer Service.


    Shipping Information
    Shipping method: EMS
    Shipping destination: worldwide (some countries may be unavailable depending on EMS policy).
    Shipping fee: $25 for orders under $150 / $15 for orders over $150
    Delivery time: dispatched within 2-5 business days(excluding public holidays) after payment is completed.



    Customs
    Goods imported from overseas are subject to customs and consumption taxes.
    Customs clearance fees are the recipient's or customer's responsibility.
    Customs fees may vary depending on the product's country of origin, material, purpose of use, etc. For details, please contact your local customs office.




Returns & Exchanges

Cancellation before dispatch
To cancel your order, please leave an inquiry on the Customer Service board.
*Your refund may take several days to process after cancellation. Please note that your cancellation may be denied if your order status is in [Pending Shipment].

Exchanges before dispatch
For exchanges and returns, please leave an inquiry on the Customer Service board.
Once your order status is in [Pending Shipment], we cannot accept requests to add or exchange items.

You may change options within the same product before your order is dispatched.
Option changes are not accepted if prices vary by option.
You can change your delivery address by leaving an inquiry on the Customer Service board only if your order status is in [Processing].
To change your address while your order status is in [Pending Shipment], please contact the courier directly.

Cancellation due to stock delay
If your product is not dispatched for 10 or more business days due to stock delay, you can request a cancellation on the Customer Service board.

Exchanges/returns after delivery
All product-related inquiries must be made within 7 days of delivery in order for us to process your request.
We don't accept cancellation/exchange/return after shipment due to change of mind.
For defective or wrong items, leave an inquiry on the Customer Service board within 7 days of delivery or 30 days after discovery of defect to request an exchange or return. (We will be responsible for return shipping fees.)
Exchange requests are not accepted for defects found in free gifts.

Exchanges/returns are not available if:
due to change of mind after shipment
- 7 days have passed since delivery
- product has been used
- product is returned without prior request
- product packaging is damaged or missing
- product is contaminated or damaged due to customer mishandling
- product is altered or modified after delivery
- product shows traces of use

Refunds

1. For wrong, defective, or missing items, contact Customer Service within 7 days of delivery with the following information.
  1. Name/ID
  2. Order Number
  3. Product Name
  4. Image of full order (wrong or defective product)

2. Once your return is confirmed, we will provide you the instructions to ship your package back.
*For wrong, defective, or missing items, the seller is responsible for return shipping costs.

3. Your refund will be issued once your return package is received and inspected.
